Serl & Keefer, CPAs was formed in 1995 when Kathryn F. Serl and Shelby M. Keefer joined forces. Since that time Kathryn has retired and Shelby has remained as the managing partner of the firm which provides accounting, tax and consulting services to a wide variety of small and medium sized businesses and individuals. Shelby has over 25 years of tax and public accounting experience.
KKW & Associates, Inc. has been owned and operated by Kelly K. Welter for the past six years. Kelly is a CPA and was a tax manager with a local CPA firm before starting her own practice. She specializes in taxation and business operations with an emphasis on small businesses, medical practices and individuals. Kelly has over 16 years of tax and public accounting experience.
We are excited about the merger because we believe it will enable us to enhance the quality service we are committed to providing our clients.
